Problem
Ideas and tasks come as voice notes on the go and get lost in chats. I wanted a private place where a voice message becomes a structured entry I can review on my own schedule.
What I did
Built end to end as a side project: a Telegram bot that transcribes voice with Whisper, categorizes entries with an LLM into structured JSON and stores them in Supabase Postgres with row-level security; a SvelteKit dashboard for review; daily and weekly summaries as bot commands. Developed with AI coding agents as part of the workflow, deployed through GitHub Actions.
Result
Open source and in daily use. Also a working example of how I build with AI agents in the loop.
